Perma-Fix Northwest Permit Renewal

Ecology is holding a 45-day public comment period addressing the Perma-Fix Northwest (PFNW) Mixed Waste Facility Dangerous Waste (DW) draft permit renewal. The permittee is Perma-Fix Northwest Richland, Inc. PFNW is located in southeastern Washington, north of the City of Richland. This proposed permit renewal would include updates to the 1999 PFNW Dangerous Waste Permit (current Permit) to contain existing, installed, and operable treatment units used in waste storage and treatment operations for the proposed renewal period.
