SEPA/DNS Comment Period for Sedron Technologies R&D Biosolids Permit Application

Please note that this comment form is for the purpose of submitting a comment to the Washington State Department of Ecology.


Ecology is seeking comments on a State Environmental Policy Act Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) issued under WAC 197-11-340(2) for Sedron Technologies Biosolids R&D Facility’s Application for Coverage under the Statewide General Permit for Biosolids Management.


Proposal: Sedron Technologies Biosolids R&D Facility is seeking coverage under the Statewide General Permit for Biosolids Management. A facility will be installed at an existing industrial complex to conduct small batch testing on biosolids from local municipalities. Biosolids will be returned to a permitted facility at the end of testing. No new construction or earthworks will be required to implement the facility.
